Pyramid Power is a dynamic, high energy HIIT training session that challenges your cardiovascular endurance, power, and muscular stamina through a progressive pyramid structure. Ignite your metabolism with this pyramid structure for escalating and descending intensity in a short and efficient session – perfect for busy schedules. You'll perform rounds of intense, full-body exercises, starting with shorter work periods and building up to longer peaks before descending back down. Each round features all-out effort during work intervals (ranging from 20 seconds up to 30 seconds and back) followed by brief active recovery periods (10 – 15 seconds) to keep your heart rate elevated. This new structure builds fitness, power output, stamina and endurance as you climb, then tests recovery on the way down for greater metabolic burn and variety. Expect a mix of explosive cardio moves, bodyweight strength drills, and compound exercises that will have you leaving feeling empowered.
