Functional Zone Training (FZT) is a strength and toning based session. FZT is designed to be a full body workout and utilises the more traditional tools such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands to develop and facilitate a strong and toned body.
As all our sessions are coached and supervised by qualified accredited fitness professionals, therefore these sessions can be amended for individuals from beginner level through to advanced, to an individual managing an injury.
