The All New Metabolic Conditioning or Met Con is our high intensity session that involves combining 6 HIIT Strength Exercises with 6 HIIT Efforts on our Curved Treadmills!
During this session we combine more strength based exercises with high intensity body weight exercises to give you both strength and fitness in one workout. This will increase the effectiveness of the session but also to increase the caloric burn by over 30% as we introduce high intensity run intervals every other round on our curved treadmills!!
As these sessions are lead by qualified instructors the sessions can be modified for levels of exercise and fitness ability.
