Metabolic Conditioning or Met Con is our high intensity session that involves combining 6 HIIT Exercises with 6 HIIT Efforts on our Curved Treadmills and/or Spinning Bikes!

During this session we combine more strength based exercises with high intensity body weight exercises to give you both strength and fitness in one workout. This will increase the effectiveness of the session but also to increase the caloric burn by over 30% as we introduce high intensity run intervals every other round on our curved treadmills!! Spinning bikes can be utilised for the Individual that require non - impact cardio activity.

As all our sessions are coached and supervised by qualified fitness professionals, these sessions can be amended for individuals from beginner level through to advanced, to an individual managing an injury.
