Core & More is a session designed at developing functional core strength but also addressing many of the strength, mobility and movement restrictions that can potentially lead to injury. So think of this session as your injury prevention session.
One reason for recurring injury in the lower back is a weak torso or what many people refer to as "the core". This is not a flat tummy session but a session designed to give your good structural strength in your torso first and secondly provide you with mobility and movement exercises that will keep you moving freely.
